“Had 6 sessions with Paul post subacromial decompression surgery. He explained every detail of the plan and managed my expectations in terms of time frames to full recovery. 9 weeks post op and I have full range of movement back and am virtually pain free. 5 stars.”

“HANDS ON” PHYSIOTHERAPY TECHNIQUES
Physiotherapy can help with a range of conditions. This often includes hands-on techniques such as manipulation, mobilisation, muscle energy and soft tissue techniques.
We’ll take a look at your lifestyle, core stability and study how you move (known as biomechanical analysis) from your feet up.
Whether you know what’s causing your problem or not, we can help you reduce pain, recover movement, and get back to doing what you love quickly.
Common CONDITIONS
- back and neck pain
- tennis elbow
- sprains
- shoulder impingement
- nerve entrapment
- injuries to the achilles tendon
- sciatica
- plantar fasciitis
- hip and knee injuries
Pre and post-operative rehabilitation
We can help you to prepare your body for surgery and provide post-operative rehabilitation to speed up your recovery and regain your range of movement.
Whether you’ve had a knee replacement, hip replacement or require spinal manipulation and mobilisation, for example, we’ll assess your condition and help you get active as quickly and safely as possible. We also have good channels of communication with a number of local surgeons.
Acupuncture
Acupuncture is an ancient Chinese treatment to assist healing and relieve pain, and we use it as part of your wider treatment plan.
We practice both the traditional method of inserting needles into points along the body’s energy pathways (known as meridians), and Western dry needling, which uses similar needles inserted at nerve or motor points and trigger points in muscles.
